At the moment I'm afraid we are only posting out internationally to countries other than the USA, Australia and Switzerland via our Etsy site, https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/BeaksandBobbins, as they are able to collect and process the necessary taxes to avoid potential problems at customs. I am looking at ways to be able to do this through beaksandbobbins.com and will update as soon as I can. Many thanks for your patience.

UK: We aim to post all orders using Royal Mail First Class within 1-3 working days. Once dispatched your delivery should take between 1-2 business days although during busy periods such as Christmas it can sometimes take longer.

International: We post all international orders within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail's Standard International Service*. The delivery aim of this service is 5-7 working days although it can occasionally take longer, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.  

*Please note that this is an untracked service as I try to keep my postage prices accessible. Do get in touch if you prefer a tracked service and I will be happy to upgrade for a small additional cost.

Doing what we can to help minimise our environmental impact is very important to us. Things that we are currently doing include:

• Getting all our designs printed on organic cotton using a sustainable digital printing process.

• Using biodegradable and compostable biofilm bags for our kit and card packaging.

• Using cardboard postal packaging.

• Packaging our needles in paper envelopes rather than plastic. 

• Reusing packaging if appropriate.  

If you wish to cancel an order please let me know within 24 hours.

If you have any concerns about an order having not arrived when expected please get in touch. Royal Mail don't consider an order as missing until after 10 working days for UK orders, or 28 working days for International orders but if you are concerned I am happy to work with you so that you don't have to wait this long before the item being either replaced or refunded depending on your preference.

Your privacy is very important to us so we are very careful with any personal information received during the order process.
