INSTRUCTIONS:
The instruction booklet includes full written instructions as well as clear labelled diagrams showing where the different stitches are used. There is also an illustrated Stitch Glossary and advice on how to stretch your work ready for framing.

It is important to us to keep our environmental footprint to a minimum and all our kits are packaged in biodegradable and compostable cellophane bags and sent in cardboard envelopes or boxes. 
 
DELIVERY:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post. International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard, which has a delivery aim of 3-11 business days although I’m afraid we are unable to guarantee this. Please note that this service is not tracked but can be upgraded at the checkout.
